Binita Ghosh

Binita started her career in Executive Search with Spearhead IS. She has been responsible for assignments in the thriving sector of Entertainment / Media, Information Technology and Telecom. Additionally, she has been driving multiple engagements in the Engineering, Manufacturing and Automotive sectors, whereby her role is well focused on developing client relationships and executing search operations. She has been a senior member of the research strategy and implementation team and today manages multifunctional assignments at different levels.

After completing her school from Loreto House in Calcutta, she graduated in Commerce from Calcutta University followed by a Masters degree in Management and Information Technology from IMT Calcutta.

She has a passion for travel, to learn about people, their culture and cuisine. She also enjoys cooking for her friends!
