Dipika Purwar

Dipika has a Masters in Psychology with specialization in Human Resource development and management from the University of Allahabad. Her under-graduation was from Lady Shri Ram College, New Delhi where she majored in Psychology. She started her career in an EAP Firm and worked extensively in various HR facets such as employee training and counseling. She ventured into the world of Executive Search with Spearhead IS. In her free time she enjoys reading and traveling.
