Starting his career in the Office Automation industry with Modi Xerox, Indraneel has well developed corporate experience, primarily in sales and marketing,

Subsequently, Indraneel joined TNT Express Worldwide a multinational organization engaged in express distribution, contributing to the success story in India which started with 5 offices and rapidly grew to 14 offices across the country.

His tenure in the above organisations demanded extensive interaction with people at multi-levels across the industry and functional spectrum offering a rich and varied experience in people understanding and management - an area of special interest which has metamorphosed into a professional reality in the form of Human Resource Consulting focusing on Executive Search.

His proactive participation in various management development programmes to enhance his skills in areas such as Quality Management and Problem Solving has seen a confluence of management and people skills, a perspective vital for understanding and providing effective executive solutions.

Indraneel has a Masters degree in History from St Stephens College, Delhi University and an MBA from EIILM, Calcutta specializing in Marketing. His schooling years were spent in the residential school St Pauls, Darjeeling followed by his Bachelors in History from St Stephens College.

He has deep interest in Nature and Environment and is seen surfing on the net during his free time.
