Jyorden Misra

Jyorden's experience spans over a decade in senior management Executive Search Consulting and Leadership Talent Management. He has facilitated strategic hiring successes across most major sectors and his experience covers - Consumer/Retail, Automobile, Telecom, Healthcare/Telecom, Energy, IT/ITES, Manufacturing, Service amongst others.

He develops and leads multi level assignments for Trans-national companies as well as Indian Corporations which involves designing the search strategy, leading research teams, candidate assessment, transition negotiations, reference checks and facilitating candidate integration into client organizations. These are primarily at Board Levels, CxO, General Management and critical hires for Human Resources, Marketing, Sales, Finance, Economist Operations and senior Technology roles. These have been successfully executed in domestic as well as international markets.

Prior to this, he has been with a leading International Executive Search Firm (top ranked in the world), which had a pioneering role in bringing Search as a structured process into the Indian Subcontinent.

A member of the leading team that promoted this proactive concept, he was instrumental in developing and extending it's reach in the market.

Before entering the world of Executive Search Consulting, Jyorden was with the International Division of the Confederation of Indian Industry (CII), the premier industry association body of India that represents Indian corporations, facilitating top-level business cooperation both domestically and internationally. Promoting corporate, cultural and political interface between India and key international markets was his primary responsibility in this multi functional role. Some major projects managed by him were jointly developed with the Harvard Business School and University of Michigan.

He completed his school from Mayo College followed by his Graduation and Masters in History from St. Stephens College, University of Delhi. A Duke of Edinburgh Gold Awardee, he has keen interest in mountaineering, skiing and outdoor activities.
