Her executive search experience is in the functional areas of General Management, Manufacturing, Sales, Marketing, Finance, Human Resources etc., spanning across major industry segments of Engineering, Telecommunications, Consumer Products, Information Technology, Agrochemical, Financial Services and Hospitality. These assignments, with various Trans-national organizations across the globe, followed the proactive process of search - its strategy and research.

Jyotika has wide experience in the recruitment industry having started her career from inception in this discipline. She has been associated with leading recruitment agencies handling multi-level assignments where she gained useful insight into the various processes of selection and more significantly has been involved in the active development of the search process in the Indian market.
