Lotika Mahindra

A key member who leads the Office Administration and Front Office Relations, Lotika is the first level contact with clients and senior candidates. She is responsible for complete administration and co-ordination between offices at Spearhead IS as well as for the accounts and finance functions. Additionally, she also has been actively involved in the research function for multiple assignments in FMCG, Consumer, Automotive & Telecom sectors.

She has worked with leading corporates such as IFC which is part of the World Bank as an Office Assistant where her role primarily involved Press Coverage and with Airtel where she was involved in Customer Care and Client Relationship Management.

She has completed her schooling from The Air Force School, New Delhi, followed by her graduation in Political Science (Hons) from Delhi University. She has also done a four years Software Engineering course from Aptech.

Being brought up in a defence services background, she has developed deep interest in traveling and enjoys swimming and reading.
