Mayur Chaturvedi

Mayur has wide-ranging Search experience having led cross-functional and diverse industry senior level assignments, both in the subcontinent and internationally. With his background in Finance, he has been able to add value by bringing in a different perspective to the assignments primarily in the Financial Services and Information Technology space as a lead manager at Spearhead IS.

Additionally he has implemented cross-functional searches in other industries as well - Chemical, Consumer Products, Food, Industrial Goods, Print Media and Entertainment.

Prior to this, Mayur worked with a leading International Search Firm as a part of the research team where he was involved in developing research strategies for search assignments. Sourcing and collating of data and its conversion into application information for knowledge based research was a key area of expertise. Before joining the Search industry, he was with a leading diversified group with an annual turnover of more that INR 250 crores. He was part of the core team responsible for identifying and recommending investment opportunities to the top management. He was also involved in arranging short term and long term funds for group companies. He started his career with a Non Banking Finance Company of a major Indian group as a member of the Merchant Banking division. He was principally involved in Issue Management activities. Mayur graduated in Commerce (Hons.) from University of Delhi and completed his Post Graduation in Finance (MFC) from Department of Financial Studies, University of Delhi.
