Payal has worked in Bangalore and Kolkata with Spearhead IS and has handled functional areas of Technology, Manufacturing, Sales, Marketing, Finance, Human Resources across varied industry segments like IT, Telecom, Engineering, FMCG, Financial Services among others, across the country. Prior to this she has worked with a recruitment consultancy handling multi-level, multi-industry assignments.

Payal started her career in an advertising agency in Bangalore as a Key Accounts Executive. She gained experience in client relationships, business development and marketing. She has to her credit successful media campaigns and branding activities for well known brands.

She has a PGDBA from T A Pai Management Institute (TAPMI), Manipal with specialization in HR and Marketing. She holds a Degree in English Literature from Presidency College, Calcutta.
