Rachel Griffin

Rachel manages multi-level assignments across industries, which involves developing the research base, formulating search strategy, implementing searches, compensation negotiations and finally facilitating the candidate's induction into client organizations.

Her executive search experience has been in cross functional searches such as Human Resources, Sales, Marketing, Legal, Finance and special functions like Sensory/Flavors, Merchandising etc. spanned across industry segments primarily in FMCG, Consumer Durables, Retail, Pharmaceutical, Automotive, BPO / ITES and Entertainment. The assignments cover both domestic markets as well as global locations.

Prior to this, Rachel has been associated with a leading international Executive Search Firm where one of her responsibilities included developing research strategy for search assignments and providing search support.

She has completed her schooling from St. Anthony's followed by graduation in Political Science from Jesus & Mary College, University of Delhi. In addition, she has completed her post graduation in export management too.

Being an avid traveler, she enjoys outdoor activities like trekking and rafting.
