Rakhi Singh

Rakhi is based at Spearhead IS, New Delhi and is a key member of the KM and IR (knowledge management and Industry Research) team. She has actively executed assignments in the manufacturing, ITES, Financial Services, consumer, service and healthcare sectors primarily. She has led research activities on a cross section of domestic and successful international searches. Her previous work assignment was with an Infotech company. During her working years she acquired the expertise to understand, analyze and foresee emerging trends in the education industry. Her involvement with recruitment, training and development, counseling and competitive analysis helped hone her soft skills. She was also responsible for diverse business communication and marketing activities. A History (Hons.) graduate from Lady Shri Ram College, Delhi University, she has completed her MBA from Indian Institute Of Planning and Management, with specialization in Hr and Marketing. She has done her schooling from St Joseph's Convent, Patna.

She enjoys reading, making collages, palmistry and making friends.
