Srimanto Bhattacharya

Srimanto has been in the Executive Search industry from the start of his career. He took his first step with an International Executive Search firm in the Research Function where he spent over two and half years before moving into the area of Human Resource Consulting with Ernst and Young (a Big five audit and accounting firm). His last assignment was with Hewitt Associates, one of the worlds largest HR consulting firm where he was instrumental in setting up the Search Division.

He has varied experience in implementing Top and Senior Management Searches in various sectors, namely, IT, Telecom, Infrastructure, Industrial Products, Fast Moving Consumer Goods, Healthcare, Engineering etc. His exposure to implementing international Top and Senior Management Searches brings high degree of value addition to the organisation in offering world class practices.

He has a Masters in Business Administration from School of Management, Pondicherry University, specialising in Human Resource Management and a Bachelors degree in Arts from University of Delhi.
